Firstly, is this printer on the same network as your computer, and if so, may I ask why you are wanting to email the scan to yourself, rather than doing the scan from your computer? Did this solve your problem? Yestetner have the same question 0. Have you tried searching the Ricoh forums?

GordonB-P Replied on October 16, This site in other languages x. Basically when I select STMP settings on my printer and click test connection, with my current settings and gestftner I am able to get it to say “Connection to PC successful” whereas before I was not.
If you have, then a workaround might be to gesstetner to a USB memory stick or an SDHC card and transfer it to your MacBook the old fashioned way if the printer has that capability? First I was trying to use port 25 and now I have been working at this unsuccessfully for about 15 hours straight with no luck.

How satisfied are you with this reply? This is the page with my email settings along with what I have it set to: Also, because its a mac it also wont let me SMB with my computer credentials to just put the scan straight on my computer.
